Arzou Express closes
Arzou Express is no more. When it opened, it was Montreal's only Uyghur restaurant. However, home-style cooking from the Silk Road can now be found at Restauant Uyghur (1017 St-Laurent) in Chinatown. We'll let you know when we've reviewed it.
Aux Vivres reopens
Aux Vivres, still located at 4631 St-Laurent, has reopened after renovations. Same quality vegan food, although a little pricier.
Bombay Mahal's downtown location closes
Bombay Mahal's Crescent Street location has recently closed for business; however, the location at 1001 Jean-Talon West is happily still going strong
Cluny Artbar - wrong address
Please note that Cluny Artbar is located at 257 Prince, near Ottawa Street
Lobby Bar closes
This Oriental tapas bar on Avenue des Pins has closed its doors.
Mexicasa closes
Soon after Mexicasa closed at 4188 St-Denis, it was replaced by Diep, a Vietnamese resto.
Papa Khan Restaurant Ccoses
We mourn the passing of the Papa Khan restaurant, which appeared in Cheap Thrills Montreal 2006. It went into bankruptcy in October 2005.
Pushap opens new location
Good news. Our favourite vegetarian Punjabi restaurant has opened a branch in the fashionable Plateau Mont-Royal, at 4110 St-Denis.
