We all need cheap thrills!
Our eating habits have changed. We're on the lookout for good food and a pleasant environment without totally blowing the budget. We want cheap thrills!
Many of us are in a rut, not necessarily a bad rut, but it's boring. We have our familiar restaurants where we return again and again because the food is good, the service friendly, and the prices reasonable. But we need fresh alternatives. It seemed a good idea to share each others' favorite standbys, and so in 1994 the first Cheap Thrills restaurant guide was born in Montreal. Recently we have moved into Toronto and New York. Independent reviews are provided to us by food savvy locals in Montreal, Toronto and New York --people who know the cities best -- and know where to find those inexpensive gems we all wish we knew about when looking for a good place to eat.
We welcome you to explore our favorite restaurants of Montreal, New York, and Toronto by using this online restaurant guide. Even better, if you think you know a great restaurant to add to our next Cheap Thrills guide, drop us a comment using the online form found on each city's page.
